Sherwood’s ghosts in the Cemetery’s Amphitheater at 7 PM. All events are family-friendly
The Sherwood Amphitheater has concrete risers. Guests are invited to bring folding chairs, cushions, and/or blankets. There is limited handicapped parking at the Amphitheater. Other parking is in the cemetery. A flashlight may be handy when returning to your car.
Each tour/ performance is $10 adults; $5 students; 3 and under free. Proceeds benefit the Salem Museum & Historical Society. Tickets are on sale online, at the Museum, and at the Ampitheatre starting at 6:30 PM on the days of performances. Tickets are not refundable. Rain location is the Salem Museum.

Founder's Rocktoberfest!

Grab some popcorn and come spend some time in the Historic Grandin Village! Stay for a while after the film as we explore mental wellness and mental health care issues depicted in each screening.
This weeks film is: Still Alice (2014, Rated PG-13, Run Time- 1 hour and 41 minutes) discussing early onset Alzheimer's Disease.

The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow

The play is appropriate for middle and high school students, and this production will feature student performers, designers, and technicians. The Pay What You Can performances will include distribution of free books to students, as part of our initiative connecting theatre to literacy.

Advance ticket sales for delivery are sold through October 13th. Advance tickets for both dine-in & take-out will be available until October 23rd. Each ticket includes spaghetti with sauce, bread, salad and a beverage.

Wear your costume for diesel train rides at the Virginia Museum of Transportation Saturday, October 28, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The tricksters of the Roanoke NRHS Mechanical Department will operate the train and are ready to have fun with you! $3 for train rides with paid admission to the museum.
