The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm. on Sunday, April 30, 2017 and a Celebration of Life service will follow at 2:00 pm at Oakey’s Funeral Home (South), 4257 Brambleton Ave., Roanoke, VA 24018.

On a Personal note. I met Chris when he came to help us with our Zeke. We had to let him go, and Dr Rogers, was so kind, so caring, so gentle with the dog and my family.
I never will forget that grieving process, and how he helped us through it.
He then became a client of Promote.
He was forever telling us we had too much love not to rescue another. We fought it for a year, then came Simon. He was one of the first people we called. He came out immediately, helped us out and as before, was Simon's vet.
Below is time he spent in my home. He was here many times for our boy. For that, I am thankful. For his time on earth, in my life and so many others~~We were blessed.
